Designing a New Visual Identity and E‑shop for a Local Coffee Brand
Challenge
A local coffee brand approached the team with no existing online presence or brand materials. The client needed a complete e-commerce website along with a fresh visual identity that would reflect the quality and character of their products. In addition to the creative work, the e-shop had to be fully integrated with the client’s internal systems — from inventory and logistics to customer service tools — to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Insight
Great coffee alone isn’t enough to stand out. A compelling brand story, a strong visual language, and an intuitive shopping experience are essential for converting first-time visitors into loyal customers. This project was about creating not just a shop, but a brand that could grow and connect with its audience.





Strategy
The process started with brand discovery sessions to define the company’s values, tone of voice and ideal customer profile. From there, a complete visual identity was developed, including logo, color palette, typography and packaging suggestions.
A modern WordPress e-commerce website was designed and built to reflect the new branding. The store was integrated with all necessary back-end systems to ensure operational efficiency. Mobile performance, loading speed and clear product presentation were top priorities to support conversions across devices.
To help the client communicate consistently, a starter communication strategy was delivered, including tone-of-voice guidelines and example social media and email content.
